No heartbeat and only 2mm at 6 weeks

I had an early scan due to a previous missed miscarriage and some abdominal pain but no bleeding. It was 2mm, with a fetal pole and yolk but no heartbeat. Should I be worried? I have to wait a week. Does anyone have a similar story? I only have larger breasts, no other symptoms. I know I have to just wait but would be helpful to know if anyone had a similar situation. I fear I may be heading for another miscarriage.

I had a similar experience and got a heart beat at 7 weeks. Its so hard not to worry.

I haven't experienced this myself but please just know there symptoms (or lack thereof) are no indicator as to how the pregnancy is progressing, so please don't worry about that. As for the heartbeat, there's a reason why scans aren't usually done until at least 7 weeks so don't lose hope x
