No period after d&c - HELP worried sick

Hi all, it’s been 8w2d since my D&C and I’ve had no bleeding. I had 2 occasions, one few days ago and one 4 weeks before that where I’ve had INTENSE cramps low down, pain like I’ve never felt before. They lasted about 3 days then went, I just managed them with codeine. I’ve gone down a rabbit hole of ashermans syndrome and have worried myself sick - I can’t stop crying, I’m not eating and my GP won’t help me. I’m lost as I just don’t know what to do. Anyone has similar and it was a positive outcome? Xxx

@WildFinch I wasn't offered the MVA it was a choice between pills but at 11.3 weeks aparantly that would be traumatic, or the d and c with potential ashermans 😣 I can't believe how awful the whole process has been and there's been such a lack of aftercare. I'm currently waiting for an ultrasound on the NHS which they say I have to have before they will refer me for anything else. I'm going to keep nagging and begging for treatment x
