I've had two misscarriages in the last 12 months (both around 7 weeks) and I think I'm heading for another one 💔.
I asked for an early scan at my EPU due to my history, as I wanted to get progesterone prescribed. On Friday I was scanned at 6w2d and they couldn't see anything, only a thickened lining.
I then had bloods on Friday and Sunday to check HCG and my levels were high 400s and then high 500s, so still rising but not at the rate and levels they should be for this point.
I'm having follow up bloods tomorrow and then another scan on Friday. Has anyone had experience of this?
In my gut I know I'm heading for another loss. I'm kicking myself for not going to a specialist to get progesterone prescribed ahead of falling pregnant again.
There's also the risk of ectopic, which is why they're closely monitoring.
Sorry for the vent, but just wanting to see if anyone could share any similar experiences and what happened next?
