Hi all, looking for some advise on expectant miscarriage, as I am not in any pain and no massive blood loss, but did pass blood clots and tissue 4 days ago (and still having brown spotting now). My husband and I found out at 11 weeks and 3 days that we had miscarried (due to me having some light spotting). The embryo stopped developing at 7 weeks + 5 days. I have had spotting (like before a period starts) for just over a week now (as well as passing blood clots and tissue last weekend). I am booked in for surgery tomorrow and I am wondering whether to still go ahead with it if I am towards the end of my miscarriage? I have never been a heavy bleeder and trying to recall after having medical management in my 20s, it wasn’t a blood bath then either. The EPU never answer the phone, hence my post. Has anyone undergone expectant management and not had a lot of blood (apart from the odd blood clot) and pain?
