Firstly, many congratulations on your little one's safe arrival and your new pregnancy.

Interesting you mention aspirin. After an MMC and a Chemical I am now planning to give it a go.

You havent said how far along you are or how far you will be when you plan to go. I must be honest and say that I would be a bit dubious too. The only advice I can give is make sure you take some pads in case of an unwanted emergency, drink plenty of fluids and make sure you rest a lot and try to keep cool.
If you go, I hope you have a lovely holiday.

Congrats!

Having had 3 MC's myself, and no children, I can understand the worry.
Google says that the Canaries are low to no risk of zika, so that is 1 less concern for you. I'd ensure I had travel insurance that covered pregnancy related illness. Don't pat cats/dogs/monkeys- you'd be surprised how many people do this abroad without realising the rabies risk! Not that it would cause an MC, but its 1 additional thing to worry about.

I'd check foods which the NHS deem safe, especially regarding meat and cheeses. Avoid self serve buffets especially at all-inclusive hotels!

At 8 weeks, if its going to happen, it will sadly. Have a fantastic time and I wish you all the best x
