Hi so I have been feeling rather shitty this past couple of weeks I had a break from the pill but have been using caution I went back on the pill about 3 weeks ago and about 3 days ago started spotting .. then bleeding and then today passed this ( see picture) I have been cramping and felt weak and no energy would you say miscarriage or blood clot?
