Unsure about misscarrige or implantation

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and this last week had some spotting now this has gotten a little worse the last couple of days, maybe like a 1st/last day of period, I’ve rang the EPU and they’ve got me in for a scan next week to see if I’ve lost it or not pretty sure I have but not had any clotting or anything like a normal period(for me) as I am usually med/heavy
has anyone bled for a few days and then gone in to have a healthy pregnancy?

i got some more tests but when would be the best time to test again as the hormones will still be in my body for a while won’t they ?

I bled bright red blood and passed two clots at 8 weeks and was convinced the baby was gone. I went for a scan and they said nope, baby is still there with a very strong heartbeat. They had no idea what the bleeding was. I now have a very lovely, healthy 5 year old! I'm keeping everything crossed for you that you get a positive outcome ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ xxxx

I'm in the same boat, I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have been spotting since Thursday. This afternoon I had a bigger bleed with a clot, and then the bleeding went back to spotting.
I have some period like cramps.
I have a scan at EPU tomorrow lunchtime where I am expecting them to confirm the worst, as I have had a miscarriage back in February/March this year.
It feels so hopeless as I have been ttc#1 for 2.5 years, I'm now 37, and the last was my only ever pregnancy
