Oh dear. Are you sure you’re only 4 weeks? Are you in pain?

Corinthiana · 15/06/2024 18:25

When did you do a test?
I'm sorry this has happened. Are you in pain?

DedicatedCakeEater · 15/06/2024 18:27

Get medical advice now

Boltonb · 15/06/2024 18:27

I’m sorry OP, are you absolutely certain you were only 4 weeks? It looks to me like you were further along than that. I would seek medical advice/assistance.

OhMoreDrama · 15/06/2024 18:29

I think you might have miscarried. I'm so sorry.

The only way to tell for sure is to get a scan though and you need to do that to make sure if you have miscarried everything has come away.

UpUpUpU · 15/06/2024 18:33

That looks like a big clot so it’s very likely you’ve miscarried, I’m sorry

PoopingAllTheWay · 15/06/2024 18:34

Sadly i would say you were further along than 4 weeks
Im so Sorry

Pinkglitterybow · 15/06/2024 18:36

I have severe endometriosis and have clots this size and bigger - so I would say these are blood clots, pregnancy tissue tends to be more pink/grey but obviously if you’ve had a positive test you need to get yourself some medical help asap Flowers

TheShellBeach · 15/06/2024 18:38

Definitely seek medical advice. That looks to me like you were further on than four weeks.
When was your LMP?

TheIceQween · 15/06/2024 18:42

Please call 111 immediately. It does look like a loss to me. I’m so sorry 😞 ❤️

rhionn · 15/06/2024 18:42

My LMP is May 17

Was it normal, and is there a possibility it was implantation bleeding?

rhionn · 16/06/2024 03:32

I don’t feel anything after it came out 🥺 I don’t feel cramps

Did you manage to get to a hospital @rhionn

TheShellBeach · 16/06/2024 11:19

Have you been scanned?

SPsmama · 16/06/2024 11:40

Echoing others are you sure you're only 4 weeks? The baby is a tiny dot at that point. I had less blood/smaller clots than this with a 10 week MC and the baby was quite obvious in a sack. As others have said the actual pregnancy is usually pink/grey.

I'm no expert but that first picture looks to me like the "bunch of grapes" associated with a molar pregnancy. Please don't take my word for that though!

I hope you got to hospital and got the answers you were looking for.

StampOnTheGround · 17/06/2024 08:29

I don't want to give false hope, but I had something like that come out when I was around 8 weeks pregnant (had already had 2 bleeds previously) - that big bleed where I was convinced everything had come out is now a crazy 2 year old boy.

Make sure you go for a scan as soon as possible!

TheShellBeach · 17/06/2024 09:43

How are you today, OP?
