How to speed up a natural miscarriage?

In brief: was 10 weeks pg and had some bleeding, went for a scan on Friday and there was no heartbeat, and baby was measuring only 7 weeks 4 days. Have been bleeding all weekend but only period type bleeding and no pain. Have to go back on Friday for another scan to check progress and am worried that I will be booked in for a D&C if things are not moving, which I really don't want.

I've been drinking raspberry leaf tea in the hope that this may help move things along, but does anyone have any other advice?

The cramping and heavier bleeding is happening now. I'm scheduled for a D&C tomorrow and I can't help but want to cancel the whole thing. I've been meditating and telling my body it's okay and now the cramping and stopped. I just want it to be over now! Went in yesterday and was told that at 7 weeks 2 days my baby had no heart beat and was showing signs of chromosom defects. Like many of you ladies I just want it over now.

I am 6 weeks with bad cramp bleeding no heartbeat no fetal pole and hcg went from 4200 to 4600 in two days I just left er and no help all they said was threatened miscarriage I'm in bad pain please help me!!!!

I went back to the er and they gave me cytotec I was told this was not a healthy I am in so much pain I wish this was over with

I am 9 weeks pregnant. Had a scan 2 days ago.No heartbeat. Yesterday I started to lightly bleed. I am trying nettle tea, raspberry leaf capsules and parsley and pineapple. I'm putting it in a smoothy to try and speed things up

Did the tea help I'm also going through miscarriage having cramps and bleeding but no sac passed very tired if pain

I was 10 weeks and very excited for my first ultrasound but they told me there no baby development and the sac was only 8 weeks. I was devastated I didnt really ask about my options and my doctor just told me a natural miscarriage would happen and be best. Im living out for school and cant see her til the end of this week at which point i will have been living with this horrible reality for 2 weeks and i just want it to be over now. I need to move on with my life but knowing its still not over with torture

Iv just found out I lost my baby should be 8 weeks but baby was only 6 weeks and no heartbeat, only started bleeding on Saturday but more like period blood and not even that much, have some cramping, they said I need to miscarrying naturally, I don't know what to do with myself.

Im miscarrying atm should be 6weeks couldn't embryo scan started bleeding lastnight and got discomfort am worried what if it doesn't all pass naturally

I started having light bleeding on Thursday evening and put it down to implantation bleed even though I was almost 9 weeks as I had that with previous pregnancies. Cramps and bleeding on Friday so went epau emergency. Had cervix checked but they didn't scan me. Was told no sign of mc and bleed was maybe due to sex. Went hope feeling hopeful only to wake at 3am Saturday morning in severe pain and heavier bleeding! Went A+E where I was sent for a vaginal scan. No heartbeat detected and baby stopped developing at 7 weeks. I opted for natural mc which is slowly progressing. Ordered raspberry leaf tea to hopefully speed things up and avoid D+C. Hugs to all! Hi there, just saw your reply. I had 2 recurrent miscarriages too and have no kids yet. Did you have two recurring? plus what did the doctors say about your future chances of having a child? praying whoever wishes for a child, god give them many soon.

I had teo recurring miscarriages one in January, the second one right now. Is there anyone who had 2 pr more recurring miscarriages and finally had a child in future? I am so disappointed because they say recurring miscarriages only make your chances of future miscarriages more. Any info? Thanks

It is definitely possible. I have had 2 miscarriages and am pretty sure I’m starting to miscarry right now but I do have a healthy daughter.

I have a friend who had 7 miscarriages in a row before finally having her healthy baby. Of course it is recommended to see a doctor if you’re TTC and have multiple miscarriages in a row so they can try to figure out the cause.

I was sent home to let the sack pass naturally but my bleeding has slowed down and I wondered if anyone has any tips to speed things along? I would just really like this to be over now

Hi I'm going through the exact same thing even the weeks exact and I also don't want a d&c I was prescribed meds on Friday as I found out last week Wednesday that my baby wasn't alive anymore.. I took the tablets Friday night and have been having contractions but I'm not bleeding not even a period like and I'm just spotting on the tissue when I go to the loo.. Did you also experience this? And did you have a normal miscarriage after that or did you need the d&c.. I know this post is from 2008 I'm hoping you able to reply I'm so scared. And don't want the d&c

Im having my second miscarriage in a row dont want to go to the dr. For them to tell me what I already know my heart is yet broken again but all I have is hope for the next one I just want it to be over

I unfortunately just got news at my first ultrasound visit that my baby stop developing at around 5 to 6 weeks when baby should be 10 weeks. There was no heartbeat and unfortunately Bc my HCG levels didn’t double It was confirmed that I will be experiencing my first missed miscarriage. I’ve had very light cramping and sorry TMI but dark brown mucusy discharge. Is this normal for miscarriage? Im worried about developing an infection. I’m also so sorry for all you other ladies that are going through the same thing. It is very devastating and to top it of I have an interview coming up and I don’t know when my body will officially expel the tissues.
