Strong Positive pregnancy test after miscarriage (pic)

I sadly had a miscarriage at exactly 8 weeks.
My second consecutive miscarriage, sadly no children yet.
with my first miscarriage it happened naturally and with this most recent one I took medication exactly 2 weeks ago.
but what the hell???? This was my pregnancy test this morning. I am shocked 😮 has anyone else experienced this a fortnight after a mc?

Thorfire, sorry to hear about your losses. I would be really surprised if that is a new pregnancy this quickly, although I guess it's possible. Are you sure your miscarriage was complete? I would be a bit concerned that you are still retaining part of the previous pregnancy. I would go to doc to discuss asap.
If it does turn out to be a new pregnancy I very much hope it goes well for you

So sorry for your loss, I experienced a miscarriage too, they told me it takes a while for HCG levels to drop. It could be that the miscarriage wasn't complete though so I would contact the hospital/GP so they can check you out x

@Thorfire sorry for your loss❤️ yes I’ve had this too until recently. I had a miscarriage at about 6/7 weeks, starting bleeding 2nd April until the 14th and my tests looked like this until the 19th. Only this week have they started to get faint xx
