Passing blood and tissue but no cramps (warning graphic photo)

I am 7w1d pregnant and around a week ago started spotting brown discharge. The last few days this has gradually increased in volume and changed to red blood like a medium flow menstreul cycle. Not experiencing any cramping which is somewhat reassuring. Yesterday I passed some tissue like looking substance which looked a bit like the picture below. And then I passed this (pictured) again this morning. Yesterday I thought i might be miscarrying and the tissue pictured might be a sac... But find it odd that I have passed the same thing again this morning. I have read in places it could be my womb lining but I don't know. I have a scan tomorrow morning but am so anxious and just want to know if anyone else has experienced anything like this please?!!

I didn't have any cramping during my miscarriage, just mild backache. It also started as brown spotting and progressed over several days to red bleeding. I'm sorry I can't be more postive. Unfortunately, I'd be expecting the worse case at tomorrow's scan if I were you.

Just to add:
I tried immediately after my miscarriage and fell pregnant that cycle. Baby is now 8.5 months (🥰) so hopefully that can at least offer some reassurance to you. Medics will advise to wait until your period to TTC again, but this is purely for dating the pregnancy as a miscarriage bleeding isn't considered CD1. There's no other medical reason to wait if you feel emotionally and physically ready.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate hearing your own experience and it gives me hope that you caught again so quick 😊

If it's a miscarriage you'll lose a lot more than that.

@xbx13, how did the scan go today? (Please don't feel obligated to answer!)

Unfortunately not great news. They found the sac but no baby. They think its likely either miscarriage or (less likely) ectopic pregnancy. Have to go back Friday for further tests so they can track my hormones and try and figure out what's happened:( gutted but I understand it's quite common so early. Still not an easy thing to process. Thank you for checking in

Unfortunately this isn't always the case. Every miscarriage is different. We have in fact lost our baby

I'm really sorry to hear it wasn't better news - I've been there myself and know how heartbreaking it is. 💔I found some reassurance in knowing that most couples concieve quickly following a miscarriage (some research seems to suggest you're more fertile following a loss). It obviously doesn't take away the pain but focusing my efforts onto a more positive outlook did help somewhat. Everyone is different though; take the time you need to physically and emotionally heal. I hope you're blessed with your rainbow soon 🌈
