Worrying about inconsistency with measurements before and after surgical miscarriage

Has anyone had notes back from their surgical miscarriage and the measurement the surgeon has given is different to the measurement that you were told the pregnancy was non viable at? I was told at a reassurance scan that my pregnancy was non viable and was measuring at just under 6 weeks. But on my surgical notes from the procedure it says "8 week size anteverted uterus"
I now have this fear that, what if they got it wrong?? If my pregnancy had been viable and continued to grow I would have been 7+4 on the date I had my SMR. I called the hospital and the midwife said the surgeons measurement is just a visual guestimate, so not accurate. Has anyone else had this?????
