Had a miscarraige at 10 weeks after having a perfect ultra sound 24 hours before hand. Had brown spotting for a few days and a bit of pressure/pain in abdomen and back , but ultrasound showed baby strong heartbeat and lots of movement the following day felt a gush which was water and less than 5 mins later the baby came out on a piece of tissue. It was like I went into labour but baby was perfect on ultrasound makes no sense.
