Anyone experienced cramps after an internal ultrasound? I've had a mmc, confirmed today everything has passed naturally. Had bleeding, clots and cramps but eased off yesterday and this morning. Wondering if the internal ultrasound has caused further cramps and bleeding or whether this is just a continuation of the miscarriage? Cramps mild compared to last week
