Pregnant again after miscarriage and terrified

I've just found out I'm pregnant again after a missed miscarriage in July and I feel petrified that it will happen again, I had light spotting last week which I thought was the start of my period then it stopped had 2 negative tests on Saturday then had 4 positives yesterday and another 2 positives today I'm hoping it may just be implantation bleeding and tested too early on Saturday, I already have 4 children and had bleeding with both of my last 2 babies I'm just really worried that it will be another missed miscarriage, how soon should I make a doctors appointment I think I'm only just 4 weeks any advice would be greatly appreciated

I really feel for you. I have had two MMC in a row and it's awful.

My EPU will see you as soon as you have a bfp to run bloods, and then normally offers a scan from around 6w. I know they all have slightly different policies though.

I think if you're worried there's no harm getting in touch with professionals sooner rather than later. Wishing you all the best💐

I had a MMC before DD1, I spent the whole pregnancy until I started to feel her move on edge tbh. I then went on to have DD2 and had spitting throughout my whole pregnancy. Nothing was wrong just one of those things.

I got reassurance scans with both around 8 weeks because I was a nervous wreck. Is that an option?

I've started bleeding this morning 😢not sure what to do I was going to register with midwife today, I will still register but not hopeful anymore although I had bleeding with my 2 pregnancy's before my miscarriage and had healthy babies its hard to know what to think now any advice would be greatly appreciated I should be 6 weeks tomorrow x

If you contact early pregnancy, they may be able to arrange a prescription for progesterone (I think this can be given if you have had a previous MC and are experiencing bleeding). They will also likely arrange an appointment/scan. Hoping things work out ok for you, such a stress x
