Anyone got any stories of hope?

I had a big bleed (no cramps prior) last night. It lasted about half an hour and resulted in a big clot. When they examined me, they said my cervix was closed (this was about 3 hours later).

I have bad cramps since so obviously with a bleed, a clot and cramps I am assuming it’d the worst- but has this ever happened to anyone without it being a miscarriage?

Ended up having two huge bleeds and thought it was a miscarriage- but the scan on Friday showed a heartbeat. I have a Hematoma though (a bleed) so it’s just a 50/50 chance waiting game now. However, much better odds than I thought I had last week which is a positive!

I had a miscarriage, then had DS a couple of years later. Trying for his sibling I bled, cramps, clots, fell down the stairs twice, bled some more again and again...he hung on. He's 23 now and has vanished (not what you want to hear!) but there is always hope.
