Can I use a hot tub after a miscarriage?

Hi, so I recently miscarried, about a month ago, and am currently having my first period after.

I'm on holiday and was wondering if I can go in a hot tub? Cant really find anything online saying I cant. Same with using tampons, are they okay to use on my first period after my miscarriage? I had SMM.

Is it a month since you stopped bleeding?

If so you should be fine. I was advised to avoid swimming and baths for 3 weeks after my surgical management of miscarriage

So I had the surgery around the 11th of June, I ended up saying f it and went in the hot tub yesterday lol just hoping everything is okay
