Colostrum leak 3 months after 1st trimester loss..?

Hello, just wondering if anyone has experienced this..?

Bit of context, have a DS who is 2 1/2. Breastfed until last November when I had to fully wean him as AF hadn't returned and we wanted to try for a sibling. Cycle 3 after weaning, got pregnant.

Unfortunately I had a MMC in April. Was almost 12 weeks but baby had stopped developing at 7+5. During that pregnancy I wasn't aware of any breast changes and had nothing during the immediate loss.

I had a period 5 weeks after the MC, and then a cycle (slightly shorter than usual at 24 days) where I'm pretty sure I ovulated. Current cycle, think I ovulated CD17 (from opks) - currently puts me at 7dpo. A couple of days ago my breasts felt really heavy and a bit tingly and like I wanted/needed to bf (guess the bf mums will understand this sensation?!). Then today, I've just had a bubble bath, and to my surprise, both breasts had leaked some colostrum...

My question... Is this likely a remnant of the lost pregnancy..? Breasts haven't caught up with the memo? (I'd have been well into my 2nd trimester by now), or is this possibly an early sign of a new pregnancy? Has anyone experienced this? I know that time will tell... But I'm hyper-alert right now to every possible thing, and this has never happened to me before.
