IVF Miscarriage - How long after coming off meds did it start?

Hi everyone, I'm having my 2nd miscarriage since starting IVF. I'm trying to decide whether to wait to pass the pregnancy myself or have some intervention. The first time, I started spotting 2 days after withdrawing meds and passed the pregnancy after two days of bleeding. Should I expect similar this time or could it take longer than this?

I was left bleeding for 4 weeks one cycle, just told to keep testing and to let them know if there was any odour or excessive pain, and 6 weeks another time. The shortest one was a couple of weeks before I saw the pregnancy sac.
