No heartbeat - when did you miscarry

Had an early scan today should be about 7/8 weeks and no heartbeat. I had a scan about two weeks ago no heartbeat then but they just assumed it was too early. Told unfortunately it's very likely a failed pregnancy. I am going to have another scan next week unless anything happens before.
I know everyone is different but just wondered for those with similar experiences did you miscarry yourself or did you need mediation? How long did it take to happen etc?

I bled for three weeks then eventually had an ERPC.

We thought of planning for other baby once funeral is done and we have results in but my husband has changed his mind and I don't know how to live normally again I am not happy.I feel like something is missing and no matter what I do nothing makes me happy.Even I am doing what I enjoy most now I don't enjoy anything.i may seem to be all ok from outside but in inside I just keep thinking about the fact that now that space won't be filled and I always will feel this way.Because when we thought about trying for other baby it gave me hope to cope but now when decision is changed I don't know how to be happy.I have two children already but I don't feel fully happy even I love them a lot still something is missing.

Hi I want to update you all I got to know my baby's gender it was baby girl and funeral is taking place on 6 June which I will be attending as I am thinking no matter how hard it is it will be the right thing to do for the baby as it has to be respected because it was too beautiful

Pregnancy no. 3, I started to bleed at 13 weeks just before first scan.
Horrible experience at hospital, miscarried at home, when went back next day for scan, they explained that I had miscarried and from what I could tell them, probably was ‘missed miscarriage’ and everything had stopped at about 6 weeks.

I had been very very nauseous up to miscarrying which felt - weirdly - doubly unfair. I had assumed that feeling so dreadful meant everything was fine.

mumsnet was a godsend for me.

I still see dead baby in my dreams and it feels weird not to feel any movement in my belly anymore it feels like part of my heart is gone but we have to cope as there is nothing else we can do.stay strong.

Hey,‘just wondering why you was given aspirin? Currently 11 weeks and have been prescribed to start at 12 weeks due to risk of preeclampsia due to bmi. Now worried it will do something wrong
