Been prescribed heparin injections without any blood tests

Went for a private consultation with a gynaecologist today (thanks to my company’s healthcare insurance). I’ve had 2 recurrent miscarriages and 1x chemical pregnancy before I had my son. she prescribed me progesterone pessaries which is what the gp and EPU unit said they would do too if I were to fall pregnant again, but she also prescribed me heparin injections without me taking the antiphospholipid blood test. I have this test in 2 weeks anyway, but is that normal to do? I was hoping for both progesterone and heparin so I shouldn’t question it but just wondering about other ppls experiences

also forgot to mention - I asked her if my antiphospholipid blood test came back normal would I not need to take these heparin injections and she said she would still advise to, as the nhs do only a certain number of blood tests but in private hospitals they do much much more blood tests and if any of those blood test results are slightly out of the normal range they prescribe these herapin injections anyway. Does any one have any positive stories taking progesterone pessaries and heparin and asprin ?
