Late Miscarriage, lost our baby boy at 19 weeks gestation

we lost our baby few days ago due to ruptured membrane. He was our first pregnancy, first IVF attempt. We prayed for a Christmas miracle but I went to a preterm labour. I’m struggling to understand how it happened. Friends keeps on saying it happened for a reason and this is making angry. I don’t know how am I going to cope with this. We waited for 11 years and now he’s gone.

I also hope the doctors can give you some explanation, although that won't take the pain away.

I'm so sorry. The anger must be incredible. There's nothing I can say to make it better but I will be thinking of you. Look after yourself today and do whatever you feel like you need or want to do.
