I'm likely to miscarry my second pregnancy (4AB) conceived via IVF after an enlarged 7mm yolk sac (a sign of chromosomal abnormalities apparently) and lack of heartbeat at 6+5 was found. A few months ago I suffered a MMC after seeing a heartbeat at 7 weeks, with a different partner. The fact that I've had similar outcomes with different sperm makes me think I'm the problem but I'm not sure where to start with trying to figure out what's wrong. Has anyone been in the same situation and can advise? I have two lesser quality embryos in storage but don't know whether to use or discard them.
