Has anyone left retained products of 16mm? If you did what happened?

@Oxalis00 Yeah I had the medication in September was spotting up until December had a big bleed lost a clot the size of what they said and a little clot then it stopped after 7 days ( length of period ) 2 weeks
ater I had period cramps and a very heavy period I’m assuming as had really bad skin and was so moody lol and then lost a few clots and tissue looking clots last 2 days been brown and now nothing normal discharge again
iv always been anemic which doesn’t help as had my 2nd baby last year November 2022 and a miscarriage feb and then again in September

@Oxalis00 how do you know you had retained products both times? What made them assume it was a molar? Was yours vascular?

I had two scans that showed RPOC. I also had one scan that seemed to show all clear (in between) but I kept bleeding. It had a blood flow to it, yes. They suspected molar from one of the scans but it was shown not to be from histology.

@Oxalis00 how big was your rpoc in heard it can come out even if it has blood flow! That’s crazy how one scan you showed clear! How often was you bleeding and having big bleeds and how long did they last

I don’t know size I’m afraid. I had big bleeds 3 weeks after D&C and 4 weeks or so after that. They lasted about 3 days each. I think they coincided with (attempted) ovulation as I was tracking in July and got a LH peak during the big bleed so I suspect the increased bleeding was related to hormone shifts.

Have you taken pregnancy tests throughout @Hipww ? If you get a sensitive one (10 miu) it may show if you still have RPOC.

@Oxalis00 yes they are negative have been for. Month! When I had my last scan that showed rpoc my hcg was 7 then went negative my test have been negative since

that sounds good - so what’s your concern?

@Oxalis00 I had a negative test and negative hcg before I passed rh we clots and had the big bleeds
