Pregnancy after loss

Hi :)

I have unfortunately just had a miscarriage :) this was our first try/first pregnancy.
I have discussed with my partner and we are going to try again but i am scared, nervous, anxious and excited all at the same time.

It would be great to hear some success story's of successful pregnancy's after a miscarriage if people are happy to share.

@Daniki i was like you dying to try again! I waited until my test was very nearly negative before trying, as then I knew if I got a darker test at the end of the cycle it was a new pregnancy rather than still left over from the mc!

@ChloeN I was thinking that actually as the test I done yesterday was noticeably fainter and I thought the same that if I got pregnant and it was darker it would surely be a new pregnancy!

@Daniki id just go for it if you feel ready! It made me feel so much better that I wasn’t just hanging round for my period to arrive!

Me and partner are very keen to try again... but it's been just under 3 weeks since my miscarriage and my I keep getting intermittent bleeding. I can be fine all day then boom I get some spotting when wiping.
Did anyone else have this issue at all??

We started trying again, I’m nearly 💯 sure I was ovulating on Monday anyway could tell by my cervical mucus. But time will tell and it feels proactive! Wishing everyone luck 🍀

@BeckyNS yep I had 2 days of completely no bleeding then it would start again, just really annoying light spotting 🙄

@Daniki ooo yay sounds positive! Let me know how it goes! I think I ovulated Tuesday so we’ll be in the tww together 😅

@ChloeN hoping for the best! Took a pregnancy test and there was the faintest line you couldn’t really see but you would be delighted to see if you were hoping to be pregnant 😅😂 hopefully works out quick enough for us!

Also trying for my first but it took us 8 months to conceive the baby we mc. I'm on my first month ttc after mc! Just nearing the end of my FW now.Honestly didn't think I'd be ready to try again this soon but I am just as eager as I was before😬

@Mariabombia hey maria, I know I was the same but was very eager to get pregnant, the urge was unreal! wishing you all the best 🥰 I have read that you’re more fertile after a miscarriage, how true it is I don’t know but I know a few ladies who got pregnant next cycle x

Sorry to read about your loss. I was 9 weeks when I had my mc but baby only grew to 6 and a bit weeks :( I had an early reassurance scan and baby was measuring smaller then but had a heartbeat 💔

We've waited until after my first period as I got thrush the month of mc 😳 but kind of glad we did as I feel so much more clear headed now.

Wishing you all the best too!! What dpo are you? I think I'm about 3 according to Flo but not tracking this cycle. Ive heard that too but as it took us 8 cycles before I'm not holding my breath for first cycle lol, you never know though!

Hope everyone is doing okay.
This group chat has been a great help to myself so I hope it's helping you all too.
I have just had my first period since my MC so on a new cycle now. As a couple we have decided to start trying again, so back to the daily ovulation tests.
I am in a much better frame mind now and my body is finally feeling back to some sort of normality.

@Mariabombia aw sorry to hear my story is similar I had an early scan at 7 weeks as I was spotting and all fine and then miscarried at 8 weeks 😫 that was the 29th aug and I stopped bleeding the 9th sep and we started trying again the 12th! I felt like I was ovulating- not confirmed with test or anything and I didn’t have a period since so if I was to get pregnant god knows how that would he dated lol. Did you have a cycle back before trying? X

Got my period on Monday so no luck this time but I'll be positive at least I can track my cycle now! I actually wasn't sure when my period had started when I had got pregnant so at least I know now 🤪 hope all going well for everyone! X

Hey ladies how is everyone doing? I got a really faint line on a test there but I'm trying not to get my hopes up as I noticed slightly dark on tissue when wiping but not due on until Tuesday 🥴🙏

I had my period a couple of weeks ago and did knock me a little but new cycle and a new opportunity. I got myself the clear blue ovulation tests so keeping a close track of thing this cycle.

@BeckyNS defo do the ovulation testing I found I ovulate the day after my period ends so I used to always be missing my window! Wishing you the best of luck! 🥰 still getting faint lines so will test Monday when I’m due and see if it’s any darker! Xx
