Hi iv looked on mums net since my 1st pregnancy and I bleed and came here to read others stories. Iv had 3 miscarriage 1st October 2021 2nd February 2022 3rd July 2022. Iv now been referred and awaiting an appointment to see a specialist. Anyone else been through recurrent miscarriage and been successful after? The first was really bad passed natural but awful. The second hurrendous never seen so much blood in my life and resulted in a d&c the third fine generally like a period but my god it done it's toll on my mental health. I generally believed I suffered depression for that week it was the worst iv ever felt. I just want to know what to expect when we get our referal appointment and did these appointments help anyone? I'm 31 and married we've been together 10 years and so ready for our next step. Thanks for reading kkon x

Hi sorry it won't let me just reply. So sorry to hear your going through it too. Since I made this I went to the recurrent miscarriage clinic they ran blood test and done a scan everything came back normal. I am however pregnant again and iv made it to 19 weeks! I was on cyclogest until 16 weeks and take baby asprin daily following my recurrent miscarriage clinics advice. Good luck with everything x

Hi just thought I would come and update for anyone that comes by this thread. After 3 miscarriages and one chemical I gave birth to a baby boy in June. I took progesterone and aspirin from my first positive test and they worked. Just wanted to give the update for anyone else going through the same! Keep going it will happen and it's more magical than you can ever think 💙

@kkon overjoyed for you, congratulations. I also had recurrent miscarriages and was referred to the recurrent miscarriage clinic at Leeds - now have a 3 year old and a 10 week old. I was diagnosed with APS so now have aspirin every night for life, and blood thinning injections from a positive test. I had another miscarriage between babies and so progesterone was added from a positive test. I’m almost 42 so not planning anymore but just wanted to add my success story here xx
