Hi,
I have had a miscarriage on 17.5.22
I don't have any appetite at all, when I do eat, I end up being sick or feeling really nauseous.
My Husband keeps telling to just eat, I'm trying my hardest but the pain I'm in physically and emotionally I just can't eat anything.

Totally normal
you are grieving
please ask your husband to stop going on at you. You will eat eventually. But for now… it might just be picking at a few bits here and there.

Oh my love I'm so so sorry. I know how you feel. I'm currently going through my second miscarriage in 7 months and feel like hiding away in bed forever. It is the loneliest grief in the world.

Rest, sleep, be kind to yourself, go for long peaceful walks, avoid friends you need to avoid, allow yourself to grieve and cry, speak to kind understanding people, drink lots of water, hug a dog. It SUCKS but you'll get though this, I promise.

Try juice and boiled sweets if you can handle it, and just ride it out. You'll feel better x

Same thing always happens to me.
Im 2 weeks post my 3rd miscarriage in the past 10 months.
I feel I'm just used to the post miscarriage process.
Like last time I'm using the lack of appetite as an opportunity to get into healthy eating/ intermittent fasting more easily.
Take care.
