Anyone had a miscarriage that needed medical management and surgery?

Hi, I had a missed miscarriage on the 20/2/22 and had to have medical management and then surgery as the placenta retained after the baby passed but now I am having sharp like shooting pains sometimes inside and cramps.
I stopped bleeding a few weeks ago and had what I though was my first period last week but now I’ve got like clumpy white discharge and like a pain sometimes above my groin. I do have endometriosis but haven’t had a pain like this in a while.
Has anyone had pain following a miscarriage and how long does it last? It’s not bad enough for pain killers but it does not feel like it did pre pregnancy.
I thought maybe it was thrush as I had antibiotics following the surgery for a UTI but does it cause discomfort?

I would contact the gynaecological ward at the hospital they did your surgery. They should be able to advise/help. Sorry for your loss xx

Hi, I didnt have discharge, but just to say regarding the pains: I had medical management twice, then surgical, a week later I had a period and then kept having aches and pains in my lower abdomen right up until my second period, as soon as I started my second period the pains went. I think I may have still had a tiny bit of tissue retained, but I wasn't scanned post surgery so it could have just been everything returning to normal. Maybe speak to your GP or EPU, I hope you get some answers.

Hi, im new to this
Im reaching out for help as ive been unabke to get my gp in over 2 weeks, never any appointments.
I had to have a medical management mc on the 27th feb, ( pessaries inserted)
I bledfor 12 days after and of course ( i assume) everything seemed to leave....i stopped bleeding after tissue left.
Since then ive had some sort of show when ive been due my period ( my cycle is 26 days)
I have period pains ish, head aches, moody ( the norm)
BUT no blood, just light spots when i wipe....pregnancy tests negative....ive googled and worried myself sick!
Im scared at 36 i cant have any more children.... can anybody please offer advice xx
