First Period after MC- is it agony?

Still waiting for first period after surgical management few weeks ago in February and testing negative.

I've been in agony on/ off for 2 weeks now, cramping, lower back ache, sharp pains.

Did others experience this?

I'm going to call epu tomorrow I think.

Anyone?

I don’t remember it being awful, other than emotionally. Definitely call the epu so they can advise and investigate if they need to. Sending hugs x
