Looking for a recurrent mc clinic in Glasgow and came across this one, just wondering if anyone has any experience of going to this one? How you found the service?

Is this the one based in abc4d?

Yes that's the one! She does a clinic in Motherwell every month I think

I haven’t been no. However, I did go for a scan there in November a week before I found out my baby didn’t have a heartbeat and I didn’t have the best experience (awful) if I’m entirely honest. I’m looking for a recurrent miscarriage clinic too but after that experience I wouldn’t go there :( that’s just me though - her clinic could be totally different to the scan experience I had x

I'm so sorry for your loss. It really is the most agonising time x
I do know what you mean, I went to the one in Greenock after having bleeding and will never forget the receptionist asking me 'if I was excited' before going into the scan and finding out I'd miscarried. Not the most appropriate thing to say at a viability clinic.
I'm really struggling to find a clinic nearby, the closest I've found is Dr Thong in Edinburgh. Alot seem to focus more on IVF but his profile does mention recurrent mc so I've emailed to enquire anyway. I just don't want to wait the 4+ months on NHS x

I had gone to the ABC4D one in Motherwell at 14 and a half weeks pregnant with back pain and she told me everything was fine. I went for another scan the following week and it turned out my baby hadn’t grown since she was roughly 10 weeks!! The NHS waiting list is a nightmare! I hope you find someone x
