Dr Quenby/Dr Shehata, what happens if you live far away?

After 3 mcs in 9 months I'm desperate to get some testing done for possible causes. Considering going private as not sure I can stand the NHS wait.
Has anyone visited Dr Quenby or Dr Shehata but not lived nearby?
I'm in Glasgow and would be willing to travel once or twice for bloods, potentially 1st consultation or whatever but obviously couldn't afford to do it multiple times. What happens if they prescribe meds, can they post them? Can some consultations be online/over the phone?
Any feedback for either clinic would be much appreciated ❤

I'm sorry for your losses @Daff59 ❤️ I'm under Dr Shehata and I live in Birmingham. I do travel to see him. The first appointment you need blood tests etc but you can have your results via a zoom appointment. But it does depend on your diagnosis and protocol. Mine included intralipids before ovulation when we were ttc (now doing ivf so not been down for a while). They can post meds next day delivery. If / when pregnant you have to go down every 2 weeks until 12-16 weeks. Xx

Hi @Daff59 sorry to hear about your losses. I've had several now too and have just been to see Prof Shehata and Prof Quenby and I live in Belfast. For Prof Quenby you can get a referral through your GP - check out the Tommy's website for more info. For Shehata it depends what your treatment programme is but I had an initial in person consultation, follow up on Zoom then have to attend his clinic monthly for scans and intralipids. Let me know how you got on x
