Horrendous skin nearly 4 months after miscarriage

Hello everyone

I hope everyone is ok

I'm just posting for some advice, I had a miscarriage at the end of July which was a pretty traumatic event in itself. Around 4 weeks after my skin started to get really bad - it's now almost 4 months since the loss and my skin has erupted in acne on both cheeks. I've never had this problem before, I have searched and apparently it seems quite common...I suppose my question is...has anyone experience of how long this lasts? I know it's insignificant in the grant scheme of things however it's completely ruining my confidence...I suppose it would be good to know if there is some light at the end of the tunnel? As surely my hormones should be settled by now?

Any advice so gratefully appreciated xxx

Sorry for your loss OP Flowers

I don't have any advice (sorry) but I'll bump your thread for you. Others must have experienced this.

It's not insignificant and I'm so sorry for your loss

It could be stress, hormone, diet related amongst other things

See your GP and they can prescribe you Lymecycline which is an antibiotic and used for acne alongside acnecide as a topical agent.
