Loss of symptoms and heavy bleeding

I am/was about 9 weeks pregnant. I started bleeding two days ago and it is now very heavy with very painful contraction like pains. I’ve also passed several large clots/lumps. I have also stopped feeling nauseous. I did have had very strong ‘morning’ sickness from about 5 weeks. I can’t get a scan till Monday. I’m nearly 40 and already have two beautiful children so I am at peace with the outcome but the not knowing is killing me. I feel like it’s 99% going to be a miscarriage but i can’t mentally prepare myself. Is there any hope?

Good morning, sorry to read your post, I was wondering how it ended? I am currently going through the same at 9 weeks and pretty sure I am miscarrying but I haven’t experienced it before so don’t know what to expect and how long it lasts for.
I hope you are feeling a bit better by now.
