Tests still positive 3.5 weeks after chemical

Hello all - had a chemical pregnancy at 4.5 weeks 3.5 weeks ago. 13 days of bleeding in all. Checked by EPU and nothing there, no pregnancy no retained tissue. But 3.5 weeks later the tests are still positive - no darker but no lighter either. With such an early loss I didn't expect it to take so long. Anyone had similar or have any advice?

I didnt have a chemical but a mmc.
It's been 6weeks and I'm still having faint faint tests. I've been taken asprin daily and seems to have helped bring my hcg down. Sometimes it can take months unfortunately.x
