Hello,
I think I'm having my first period after MMC. I opted for surgical management 5 weeks ago and bled for about 1 week afterwards.
On Monday this week I started bleeding and had period cramps. Between Tuesday and Wednesday the bleeding changed to light spotting and a bit of mucus. This morning I was in the toilet and when I wiped , I noticed a clot/collection of tissue about the size of a grape. I have cramps again today but not much bleeding.
Do you think this is normal ? Is my body clearing out what's inside ? Or should I ring EPU? For advice . Not much pain other than cramps which aren't unusual for me during a period .
