Im currently going through what we think to be my second miscarriage. I'm 4 weeks and 4 days, I have pain in my lower left abdomen, my line progression has stalled and my HCG is only 26. Doctor said they want repeat bloods tomorrow but to prepare for miscarriage. However he mentioned as my lines have stayed the same the past 3 days he's mildly concerned about an eptopic and if my hcg level is still 26 tomorrow he'll be even more concerned.

Basically I'm now terrified thst I'm having an eptopic!

Hi OP,
I'm so sorry you're having to go through this.
The 'good' news is that you're being monitored early and if it is an ectopic then they will hopefully be able to do one of two things:
1- let mother nature hopefully do its thing and let you pass naturally.
2- use medical management.

Mine was caught early, and I got to wait to see if my body would take care of it on its own and when that didn't seem unlikely I got to have medical management. The idea of loosing a tube honestly terrified me as I already have infertility issues and didn't want to add another reason to the pile of 'why I can't hold a pregnancy' problems.

Anyway, you're in good hands. The doctors will look after you and monitor you. Just be take things easy and if you feel any sharp pain in the meantime go to the emergency room.
But once again, I'm so sorry you're having to go through this Flowers
