Miscarriage 4 weeks ago, positive OPK, cramps

I wanted to see if any one could shed some light on what’s going on.
4 weeks ago I have a missed miscarriage through medical management, I’m keen to get pregnant again so have been doing ovulation a tests every day. It’s been 26 days since the procedure and I got a positive ovulation result today, I also have these really strange cramps that I haven’t had before almost like a pinching in my uterus.

Could I be ovulating this late or are the cramps meaning my period is coming and because I had a miscarriage it feels different, my body is confusing me

Firstly so sorry for your loss

Have you done a test to see if it's negative? If it's negative then it could be that you're ovulating and it may be later due to the miscarriage.

They say your period can come back between 4-6 weeks so it may be that your ovulating and AF will show up in the next week or two. Or it could be that AF is on her way.

I had a miscarriage in June and I know how it is to want to get back into it but your first cycle may be a little bit off so try not to stress yourself over it x

I did a test 2 weeks after the procedure and it was negative. I think it will be just a waiting game to see if AF shows

I had a mmc picked up at 12 weeks which ended up with medical management in early July. I had a heavy period while on holiday and always been regular, so should be ovulating right about now but opks the last couple of days have been completely negative so I'm confused too. I've also had really bad acne this month for the first time in decades and generally feeling cross and impatient. Sorry can't help but and fingers crossed for bfps soon
