Can you speed the passing of retained products pass naturally?

So I had my scan after medical management and I had retaining products of just under 3cm stuck to my uterus, it still has a blood supply.
I have been offered surgery, until then is there anything you can do to help it pass along natrually? Just fed up with it all and desperately sad.

Hi OP so sorry for your loss...i know its devastating. If your doc said that you need surgery than that is better. Because delaying the process could do harm to your body.

I’m so sorry OP. I don’t think you can speed it up. When it happened to me I bled for five days and still needed surgery. It’s heartbreaking to go through. Do you have a supportive partner/friends/family? Sending you strength.
