Early misscarrige - Have I just passed the sac 4 weeks after?

Hi everyone,
I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant around the end of Febuary but unfortunately started heavy bleeding a week later on 5th March. With corona virus I was told to just self manage at home. I bled for around a week, just slightly heavier than a period. We started trying again a few weeks later although I never took a test before hand to make sure I was negative. Anyway fast forward to last weekend, I was 2 days late and felt a little sick so took another pregnancy test as we were actively trying and it came back pregnant 1-2 weeks. Two days after this I started bleeding, not as heavy as a normal period but more than spotting. Today I passed a blood clot that looks like it may have been the sac.
My question is, would this be from the misscarrige I had at the beginning of March or could this be a new misscarrige? Has anyone had any similar experiences? Thanks in advanceSmile

Not sure if this is helpful but I had a missed miscarriage in January and began naturally miscarrying. After about a week of heavy bleeding and clots, a scan showed that the sac was still in my uterus but was sat very low on my cervix. About 5 days passed and the bleeding had become dark browny red and the smell was absolutely horrendous. I passed the sac that evening and it was pretty obvious that by this point it definitely should have passed a while ago and was causing the smell of what I can only describe as rotting flesh! I ended up on antibiotics as the sac was decomposing and had caused me to have a uterus infection.
I think unfortunately in your case you may have had 2 chemicals in a row. I think if you'd retained tissue for that long you'd definitely know about it!
