Chemical Pregnancy - What next?

How long did you wait to start trying again?

I started bleeding 4 days after a BFP and am now starting to stop bleeding and thinking about what happens next in terms of trying again.

Do I count the day I started bleeding as Cycle Day 1? Should I wait a few weeks to let me body adjust?

Hi @hollie29x I'm sorry about your loss. Yes count the first day of your bleeding as CD1. And you can start trying as soon as you're mentally ready to, as long as you've got no health reasons not to.

I've had 5 chemicals, 4 of those one month after the other. There's no reason as to why you shouldn't try straight away if you're healthy and mentally ready to x
