I just had a miscarriage in the middle of the night at 10 week

I am in utter disbelief. My baby had a heartbeat, we've seen it 2 times on a scan. Got up at 2am with some pain and the baby just fell out... perfectly formed baby in a sac. Absolute nightmare. I am waiting to wake up... third loss in a row and fourth in total. How can this be?? How can I get through this?😞
My husband is with me and v supportive, but he is shell shocked too of course.
Bleeding is really heavy with massive blood clots, it feels like my organs are coming out. I'll call hospital in the morning...
Please hold my hand... I don't know how to survive this.

Oh, I'm so sorry, OP. That sounds very traumatic. Have the reasons been investigated with your previous miscarriages? Have you tried baby aspirin or progesterone supplements?

No investigation as every miscarriage was different- I had ectopic, missed miscarriage, blighted ovum and now this. It was IVF pregnancy so I was taking utrogestan. There were some concerns about my cervix being open at 7weeks but on Monday we were told cervix looks closed... how can this happen...the baby just fell out of me😭

Hello OP. I saw your other thread. I am so sorry to hear this. Like pps, I do think you probably need to be seen from what you have said and as soon as possible. Thinking of you and your DH.

If you don't want to call 999 you could call 111 or get your husband to take you to A and E. I'm not sure this would warrant an ambulance, which is what 999 is for, unless you can't get there under your own steam. It's also often faster to drive yourself than wait around for an ambulance.

Please consider calling for some advice on what to do. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It sounds utterly devastating.

Oh @Doremifasol I was on the IVF threads with you and thought of you a lot after your earlier scare, I’m so so sorry this has happened to you this is just so heartbreaking

That’s horrific, I’m so sorry you are going through this.

Oh love this happened to me (with one of my many miscarriages). It was the most traumatic. I am so so sorry. The only blessing is that it was probably complete but at least they can see if you have anything left and help medically to slow the bleeding down.
In my case I had been swimming just before and with the shock all I could thing was thank goodness it didn't happen in the pool. It took me days to be able to think properly and not just zone out.

I'm so sorry. I went on to have children but I know how hard it is with multiple losses. Be kind to yourself.

Thank you all... bleeding has stopped completely now, I've spoken with a nurse who said that by the sound of it looks like complete miscarriage.
I am so tired... been awake from 1am but can't sleep. Don't know what to do with myself...
