Am I ovulating or is this a cross reaction on an OPK?

Hi all, had D&C on Feb 3rd and Feb 18th had a blood draw which said my hCG was 23. Now this morning I take both a preg test and opk and get this- faint line on preg test and blazingly positive opk. Could it be I am ovulating or is this a cross reaction from the hCG? I've heard that hCG will cause a false positive on an opk but I wasn't expecting an opk to be this dark esp with the preg test being so faint. Does anyone have experience with this? We are dtd every 2nd day in hopes of conceiving but it sure would be nice to know either way. My opk was this dark yesterday as well.

@secondorange Hi there. I'm watching with interest as in a similar position. Miscarried naturally 2 weeks ago following MMC at 10 weeks. Very faint positive on hCG test this morning but flashing smiley on CB digital OPK so wondering the exact same.

@secondorange you can ovulate again if HCG is less than 10. So it could be real ovulation! My ovulation was positive literally JUST after I started testing negative after MC surgery.
