My body is finally realizing what's happened

Went private scan week ago at 9w, baby measured 6w no heartbeat, went EPU on Tuesday, same findings as on Friday told to come back next week Tuesday for re scan and discuss what next..
After no pain or bleeding finally today at 10w I have some cramps starting and light spotting/bleeding, finally my body realized..
Hope things progress quickly from now on I have been there before and not looking forward to what's coming..😞 trying to keep positive and think it's just a period starting..
Anyone went to scan post MC to check if it's all out? I still want to go EPU on Tuesday for this reason, will they be able to check?

I was in a similar position 2 weeks ago after a MMC. Scan at 9 weeks showed no growth past just under 7 weeks. Went to EPU 3 days after getting the news and the day after that started bleeding. Day after that came the horrendous pains and bleeding, which lasted 2 days.

I was re scanned the following Tuesday (this Tuesday past) by EPU and told looks to be all clear so no further appointments required.

Still getting a medium faint positive on pregnancy test.

Cramps are getting stronger but bleeding is slow..hoping for quick process and recovery and that when I go to EPU on Tuesday all will be gone..

I had a miscarrage on sat 6th feb 2021 at 3 months 1 day.. was awful heartbreaking 💔 2 weeks on today going to try again im 42 no time to waste xx

@Anniemac42 I'm sorry about your MC, it is absolutely heartbreaking..wish you the best of luck to get pregnant quickly and have a healthy pregnancy..it seems to alternate for me, I had a healthy baby followed by mc, after some time trying I had a healthy dc2 followed by another mc now..I'm 38 soon and hoping for dc3..

I think the worst is now behind me, I had a absolutely horrendous day just as I remembered from last time, just awful..

Yes miscarried in hospital saturday 06/02/21 and sunday morn went for a scan the baby had gone ... So strange , i was 3 months 1 day when i miscarried... We're going to try again... Honestly indont want to go through that again and neither does my partner but its a risl we all take x
