My bbt chart is all over the place since mmc

I'm sure this is quite normal but when did your bbt charts start looking more typical post miscarriage? I've just finished my first period but temps all over the place!

Hi! I`m sorry for your loss!
After my first period, my temperature was all over the place (just as my hormones).
I had my second period last month, and both my hormones and my bbt charts seems to be back to "normal".
