Periods after Miscarriage - can your cycle change six months on?

As said in the subject, I had a m/c in April 2020. It lasted a bit longer than it should have due to some retained products (this was height of first wave COVID, so the EPU wasn't exactly keen on getting me in and out for scans).

My question is...is it possible for your cycle length to change? I switched to consistent 28 day cycles until last month when I was hit with a 30 day cycle and a six day period (back to what I was before TTC and pregnancy). Also, I've been doing OPKs and they aren't showing up as ovulating at this time when last month, they were. Is it possible after all that time for my cycle to have reset to pre-pregnancy? I'm just really confused, and probably overanalysing things, but I kinda hope this means TTC will be easier now that my cycle has switched back?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!
