2 Miscarriages in a row - how can I help the next one stick?

It’s a ridiculous question I know, because there is no rhyme or reason but I had one miscarriage in October and one confirmed today (having thought for the last week it was a caesarean ectopic pregnancy). I have three children, am 36 and up to now have had no fertility issues, which I now realise has made me incredibly lucky.

If you have had two miscarriages and then went on to carry a pregnancy successfully, what did you do differently? I have an open access pass to my am amazing EPU to have early scans to check everything is okay, which is incredible. But is there anything else I can do to optimise things? I take pre-preg vits, am a healthy weight and don’t drink or smoke. I have read about baby aspirin and other bits and bobs. I want to think positively and do all I can to try and get beyond 9 weeks.
