Bleeding following medical management

Hi all,

I had a missed miscarriage, diagnosed in October and had my medical management procedure exactly 4 weeks ago today.
I did a test last week which came up with an extremely faint positive line, repeated this last night and it’s definitely a negative now.
I have had bleeding for 4 weeks now, it’s not as heavy but the severity of it does differ. One day it will be barely anything, the next day it’s quite red and watery. I’m having absolutely no pain and there are no obvious signs of infection.

Has anyone else had prolonged bleeding following medical management of miscarriage? It’s bloody exhausting, it’s starting to get me down as I miss being intimate with my husband and I feel like I cannot start to move on

I had an ERPC after my mmc but I bled for about 5 weeks after. I believe I did have some retained tissue though. I passed a chunk of something (tmi sorry!) about 5 weeks after my surgery and stopped bleeding straight away. Might be worth giving your gp a ring and seeing what they say.
