MVA this morning - when do I take painkiller? Urgent!

Argh! I've got my MVA this morning after an incomplete miscarriage. I know I have to use the tablets/pessaries 2 hours before I go in, but I've had a complete mental block as to when I am supposed to take the painkillers. Is it before the tablets/pessaries or at the same time?

Take the painkillers one hour before the procedure is due to start. I had MVA last week. Was totally fine. Hope all goes ok
