Can someone help? Is this a blood clot or misscarrige

I had these blood clots bigger than 50p much larger and a few, I'm also in pain too.

@LilBowPeepxox sorry your going through this. I'm not really aware of the detail, are you pregnant and asking if this could be a miscarriage or are you miscarrying?

I'm not expecting but I wouldn't know I didn't think of taking a test haven't had any symptoms or anything. I've seen you can add pictures but I'm not sure how? X
