My baby died at 6w4 days and did the medical management at 9 weeks which was a month ago. I was released from the hospital that I passed everything but last week they found out there is a 1 cm vascular tissue and endometrium is still 15mm. My beta HCG is 47. Now they want to the surgery or they gave me the option to wait that may periods may come eventually, in maximum 2 more months.
In the meantime since they discovered the placenta tissue, I used 18 misoprostol tablets taking 2 tablet everyday, no single drop of bleeding happened. I am misserable since I learned the loss of the baby, I worry for the surgery it can effect future conception chances, if I wait how long it may take I dont know everyone has different body but has none passed the tissues with the period or has any experience close to mine.
